Just a note.
Before you read the menu.

We use local farmers, butchers and suppliers in every aspect of these curated menus, to create a seasonally-inspired and locally-sourced offering with fresh produce. This means that prices and availability naturally fluctuate as often as every day.

Because everything is homemade, allergens are present in every dish we serve. Garnishes like seeds or nuts or micro herbs aren't listed, otherwise the menu would be rather long-winded! So please inform us before visiting and before ordering if you have specific dietary needs or preferences.
